How it works
- Pick your road and claim a spot. A short form. No card to claim.
- We set your corridor’s route. Routes open one corridor at a time.
- You hear your pickup days first. Founding members hear their pickup days on their page before the first pickup.
- Bags out, photo logged. Once your route runs: tied bags at your spot, a photo or reason at every stop. Month to month; cancel from your page.

Questions
What counts as a bag?
A bag is one household trash bag of 30 lb or less. Tied bags only, please. Once your road’s route is running, an open or overweight bag will stay at your spot, and your page will say why.
Can I put out extra bags?
Yes. An extra bag is $8 a month per weekly pickup, so one extra bag on Island 2× (2 pickups a week) adds $16 a month. Island Weekly is one bag only.
What if a pickup doesn’t happen?
Once your road’s route is running, every stop will be logged on your page with a photo or a reason. If the truck never reaches your stop, that day will be credited automatically. If we reach your spot and nothing is out, it will count as a pickup.
Does my spot expire?
No. Your spot and your founding rate keep their place while your corridor’s route is set up, and there is nothing to cancel.
When will my road get its days?
Once your corridor’s route is set. Days are fixed area by area, and yours will show on your own page before your first pickup.
Do I pay to claim a spot?
No. Claiming a spot takes no card.
How do I cancel?
From your own page, any time. It is month to month: no contract, nothing to return, and leaving needs no reason.
I manage villas or a building. Is this for me?
Yes. Villas, rentals and condo buildings have their own plans, billed to the property or the association. See property pricing
The company
IslandHaul is a St. Thomas company. Every route will be built for one road corridor and driven by the people who run it. Once a road’s route is running, pickups come on set days, every stop is logged, and your page is a direct line for anything that isn’t right.

Founding members are confirmed on their page and by text before the first pickup. Nothing is charged until your route is running.
