Your driveway or any easy-access spot you show us once; not everyone has a driveway. Once your road’s route is running, tied bags left there by 7 a.m. on route days will be collected.
No. Your spot and your founding rate keep their place while your corridor’s route is set up, and there is nothing to cancel.
One bag per pickup is included. On 2× and 3×, extra bags are $8 a month each, per weekly pickup, never discounted; Island Weekly is one bag only. Once your road’s route is running, the driver will take what is out and never argue about it; if extras become a habit, we will text you the exact price of the upgrade. You are never billed per event.
Month to month, cancel any time. No contract, no equipment to return, no sign-up fee.
