What exactly do you pick up?
Tied bags, collected from outside each unit’s door once your building’s route is set and taken only to the building’s own bins, so residents never carry trash across the property.
How is the association total figured?
Units times the per-unit rate above. The board gets one written quote for the whole property, so nobody has to multiply it out.
How does the association pay?
Once service starts, the association gets one bill for every unit, sent to the board.
How does the board know each collection happened?
Once service starts, every pickup will be logged with a photo, and every missed stop with its reason, so the board can check without anyone walking the property.
Do you work with our existing management company?
Yes. Service can run alongside an existing management contract, and we would coordinate with the company directly.
When would service start?
Once your building’s route is set and the board accepts a written quote. Nothing is scheduled before then.
